You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the psk77 platform. This is a strict minimum and reflects both international best practice and the legal age threshold for gambling activity commonly applied in the Indonesia market. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
The psk77 platform is operated primarily for the benefit of players resident in Indonesia. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction that permits online gambling and does not prohibit the use of this platform at the time of each wagering activity. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.
All wagering activity must be carried out solely for personal, recreational purposes. You may not use the platform on behalf of another person, as a business activity, or as part of any professional betting syndicate or system that seeks to exploit platform mechanics. The Company reserves the right to void bets and close accounts engaged in commercial or syndicated wagering without prior notice.

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or through any other linkable means — is strictly prohibited. The Company uses automated fraud-detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is identified, it will be suspended without prior notice, any Bonuses applied to either account will be forfeited, and the Player's main Account may also be reviewed.
You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information when registering your Account, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. The name registered on your Account must match the name on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. psk77 will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately and change your password. The Company accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
Before processing any withdrawal request, psk77 requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This process exists to prevent fraud, protect against money laundering, and confirm that the Account holder is at least 21 years of age. KYC verification is a one-time requirement under standard conditions, though the Company may request updated documentation at any time.

All documents must be submitted as clear, unedited images or PDFs. The Company reserves the right to reject submissions that are blurred, cropped, digitally altered, or otherwise illegible.
Standard KYC verification is completed within 24–72 hours of receiving a complete documentation set. During periods of high volume, this may extend to 5 business days. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held in a pending state and processed once verification is approved.

Processing times above apply under normal operating conditions during WIB business hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside WIB business hours (09:00–22:00 WIB) may be processed at the start of the next business window. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
All transactions on the psk77 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Account balances, wager amounts, and winnings are displayed in Rupiah. The Company does not accept, hold, or disburse funds in foreign currencies. Any conversion cost arising from a Player's use of an internationally issued payment card is the Player's sole responsibility.
Promotional bonuses are available to verified Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to one Account per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. The Company reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion and without advance notice.
All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, time limits, and minimum odds (for sports bonuses) are specified in the relevant promotion terms. As a general guide:
The Company maintains automated systems to detect bonus abuse. Behavior that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk offsetting bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit from bonus funds; and systematic exploitation of any promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, forfeit all associated winnings, and close the Account without prior notice.
Bonuses and free bets that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period will expire and be automatically removed from the Account. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are non-withdrawable and non-reinstatable.
Each game and betting market available on psk77 is governed by rules specific to that game type or market. These rules are accessible within the platform's game information panels and help sections. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly relating to that game or market.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or any fault that affects the normal conduct of a game or the display of odds or results, the Company reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from a technical error. Winnings derived from a clearly erroneous payout — whether caused by a system error, human error, or any other fault — are not valid and may be reclaimed by the Company from the Player's Account balance.
All sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body at the conclusion of the event or the applicable settlement period. psk77 offers football markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF Cup (Piala AFF), among others. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow industry-standard settlement rules as published in the sportsbook help section. The Company reserves the right to restrict maximum stake sizes on any market without prior notice.
Bets placed on live (in-play) markets are accepted at the Company's discretion. Odds displayed on in-play markets are subject to suspension and change at any time. A bet is only confirmed once the Player receives an unambiguous acceptance notification from the platform. Any bet placed after an event outcome has been determined — even if the outcome is not yet publicly known — may be voided at the Company's discretion.

All content on the psk77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and any other proprietary material — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform's content or software without the prior written consent of the Company. Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
psk77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability, for which the Company shall not be liable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All wagering activity is conducted entirely at the Player's own risk. The Company shall not be liable for any losses, including indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
psk77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described therein, including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and service improvement communications.
We will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes. Disclosure of personal data to third parties is limited to KYC verification partners, payment processors, certified game auditors, and as required by law or valid regulatory order. psk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Revised" date shown in the page header. Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect regulatory guidance — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.
Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of your remaining balance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles applicable to licensed online gaming operators. The Company operates in accordance with its international gaming license and applicable international anti-money-laundering standards. Nothing in these Terms is intended to represent any claim regarding the legality of online gambling in Indonesia or any other jurisdiction — the Player's compliance with local laws is the Player's own responsibility.
